★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was good but far from haram. Bus service was available, but in Ramadan or in huj season u have to compromise on time. Staff was co-operative. Two resturents near by one bukhari and one Pakistani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is so bad and poor quality.. and is so far from al harram , and inside room no slippers no towels no dose not have space for a family rooms.. also the bus! Is not come in morning we back in Taxi. Even if the bus available it is take long time to come in the hotel.. and the Servants no professional people!!!! We family 4 person adults! They nooks the door so high and says why you open the window room!!! He said Open I want come inside with high voice! And my sisters are sleeping all day .. and no one open it! He still yelling. What about the phone???? Why they not used it to inform us or other customers in other Baaaad hotel
