★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جبت 3 اقمشه من ريتشي و فصلتها في سيزار بصراحه التفصيل سئ جدا وخاصتا قلابي الرقبه ماله شهر راح مثل رقم اربعه بالعربي متعوج ما ينلبس
 I bought 3 fabrics from Ritchie and I separated them in Caesar. Frankly, the detail is very bad, especially my neck flip-flops. It's a month old. It's like a number four in Arabic, crooked and doesn't wear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تفصيل الثوب والاقمشة ممتازين وتم استلامه قبل التاريخ المتفق عليه. يعاب عليه عدم رد مسئول الفرع على جواله وتعطل تلفون الفرع. خدمة العملاء تجاوبهم سريع وممتاز.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انصحكم لا تتعاملون معاهم هذولي ما يوفون بالعهد ولا عندهم امانة مفصل ثوبين ب ٥٩٠ على اني ب اعيد فيهم وللاسف مش مناسبة ابداً ل مقاسي ومستحيل تتعدل قبل العيد
I advise you not to deal with them. These people do not fulfill the promise, and they do not have a deposit. Two dresses are detailed for 590, although I will return them, and unfortunately they are not suitable at all for my size and it is impossible to adjust before Eid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمه سئيه جداً غير مطابق للمقاسات ابداً فصلت عندهم في فرع ينبع على عرض 2 ثوب ب 590 أنا والاولاد 3. ويليتنا م فصلنا انا واحد الاولاد قبلنا الثياب بدون قناعه والاخر طلع المقاس بعيد جداً عن الواقع واخبرتهم ان هذا المقاس بعيد عن مقاسه واقلهم هذا مقاس اخر اصغر من مقاسه الا انهم مصرين على تعديله رجعوه مرتين المدينه وكل مره يطلع اسواء من الاولى وصل العيد ولم نوصل الى نتيجه رغم ان التفصيل قبل رمضان يعني في شعبان وهذا حرصاً منا على الوقت هذا استخفاف بعقول العملا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

كان نظامهم يجيك لمكانك البيت او العمل الزبده اخذ مقاساتي واعطاني كلام حلو كله كذب في كذب ضمان ع الثوب وضمان ع الاكمام والتطريز وضمان عدم انتفاخات
الاغرب من كذا كله ما يقبل تعطيه عربون لازم وشرط كاااامل المبلغ طلع علي الثوب الواحد ٤٥٠﷼ مع الاضافات ثوبين وعليك الحساب 15يوم تفصيل لبسته صباح العيد فقط ومن اول غسله اوووول وحده انتفخ الضمانات اللي يقول الحشوه صارت كانها خبز تميس منفوخه ..
ومن صباح 4 العيد١٤٤٣هـ وانا اتصل على محمود وهو ما يرد الى تاريخ١٥ ذي القعدة رد علي احد الفروع بالمدينه المنورة وصار محمود رايح يصيف في مصر وانا ادقدق وشاد حيلي بالجوال
المختصر لو يقولك الثوب بريال وااااااحد لا تصدقه
