المشكلة التي تواجهها الصيدلية هي صعوبة الوصول إليها إلى حدٍ ما من قبل الزبائن المستهدفين (سكان الأحياء المجاورة)، لأن الصيدلية تقع على الضفة الشرقية لطريق (حائل - المدينة) في حين أن الكثافة السكانية تقع على الضفة الغربية من الطريق. والانتقال من غرب الطريق إلى شرقه، لا يتأتى إلا بقطع مسافة طويلة نسبيا عبر طريق المدينة شبه السريع.
