على طول وقت طلبي وتواصلي معهم كلمت كل الجنسيات الا السعوديين ؟؟
وللاسف صراحه تعامل سيئ خدمة العملاء طلب لي طلبي من ابعد فرع هذا وانا قايله لهم ابي شي قريب من فرعهم الي جمب بيتي و مستعجله قهرني مره حسافة تقييمي له عطيته ٤
حرفياً شحن رصيدي راح عليهم لكن اتمنى العدسات تسوى❤️
I ordered the delivery of Lens me lenses from Morocco at 7:15 and my order arrived at 1:59 in the morning, but because of the many delays, I fell asleep and they delivered it to me at 2 am
For the length of time I requested and communicated with them, I spoke to all nationalities except Saudis??
Unfortunately, frankly, bad customer service. My order was requested from the farthest branch. This is what I told them. I want something close to their branch that is next to my house.
Literally, my credit went to them, but I hope the lenses are settled ❤️
