★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الشديد اليوم رحت للصيدليه الساعه خمسه وربع وكان فيه موظفه ماتفهم بعملها ولا تعرف تشتغل تبهذلت بالمواصلات لان مو من سكان الرياض ورحت لهذا الفرع اصرف الوصفه الطبيه الي وصفوها لي التامين ووافقو عليها وعطيتها هوية بنتي عشان اصرف علاجاتها واخذت الرقم بعدين تعذرت قالت لازم رقم الموافقه وعطيتها رقم الموافقه وعطيتها رقم تامين بنتي بعدين جلست تتامل الوصفه فتره طويله واخر شي قالت مقدر اوصفها لك لان العلاجات كثيره ليش يصرفون لك التامين كل هذي قلت لها مالك علاقه كثيره او قليله الوصفه جت لكم من التامين والتامين موافق عليها ورفضة رفض قطعي وتردد ليش كثيره اصريت انا وجيت اكبم التامين غيرت كلامها وقالت انا غير مؤهله لوصف الوصفه مو مصرح لي ومره تقول معرف اصرف ولما شديت قالت ما اصرفها ليش كثيره كذا تضريني مع العلم تبهذلت بالمواصلات لاني جايه بسياره كريم ورجعت من غير اي علاج وبنتي جدا تعبانه ورفعت شكوى ع التامين ع الصيدليه وراح ارفع شكوى ع ادارة الدواء لاتوظفون شخص غير مدرب ومايفهم شغله ????????
Unfortunately, today I went to the pharmacy at five and a quarter and there was an employee who did not understand her work and did not know how to work. She was neglected by transportation because I am not a resident of Riyadh. I went to this branch to pay the medical prescription that they prescribed to me as insurance and they agreed to it. The approval number and I gave her my daughter’s insurance number. Then she sat contemplating the prescription for a long time. The last thing she said, I can describe it to you, because the treatments are many. Why do they pay you insurance? All this I told her is that you have a lot or little relationship. The recipe came to you from the insurance and the insurance agreed with it, and she refused a definite refusal and hesitated. Why did I insist so much? I came to pay the insurance, she changed her words and said, “I am not qualified to describe the recipe. It is not authorized for me.” And once she says, “I don’t know how to spend.” When I was stressed, she said, “Why do I spend so much?” File a complaint with the drug administration. Do not hire an untrained person who does not understand his job ????????
