★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحه صيدليه مجرد اسم، اكثر من مره اروح لهم ابحث عن قطرات عيون و اكثر من نوع و غير موجوده عندهم، بالرغم اني احصلها في اي صيدليه غيرهم، صيدليه الدواء عندهم مشكله في متابعة المخزون و توفير الاصناف اساسيه، مثل قطرات رفريش،
اكبر صيدليه بالحي و اقلهم اصناف!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اذا بدك ترجع دواء اخذتو من عندهم او تبدلو لازم حصرا من المنطقة الي اخذتو منها ...انا اشتريت دواء من صيدليتهم الي بالشرايع بمكة ...و رجعت حتى ابدله من صيدليتهم القريبة من سكني ..مارضيو يبدلوه ...قالو روح بدله من الفرع الي اشتريته منو ....معاملة سيئة الصراحة وتعقيد منهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصيدلي اللي يعمل فيها لاتوجد عليه بطاقة اسم لذكرت اسمه ولكنه وكان أسوء شخص ممكن تتعامل معاه
- أخطاء بنسبة حساب تغطية التأمين ويوم رجعت له جلس يلف ويدور ويسأل اسئلة مالها علاقة وبعدين رجع لي فرق الخطاء ولا اعتذر عن غلطه.
- يمشيك سرى مع طلبات توصيل اونلاين ويقلك انتظر فيه ناس قبلك والصيدلية فاضية
- تطلب منه مرهم للقدم ماله اي مضره يقلك بوصفة طبية والصيدلية اللي بعده تصرفه ويقول الصيدلي مايحتاج وصفه طبية
الواحد لو مانحد يجي عندهم لعدم توفر الدواء كان ماجاء فرعهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صيدلية سيئة جدا معاملة غير لائقة خصوصا مع كبار السن والموظفين غير مهيئين لخدمة الناس كما يوجد تعقيد عند صرفة الادوية من ( وصفة) المدفوعة من قبل الحكومة وهذا مالم نجده في باقي الصيدليات . لن اعاود الزيارة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسواء الفروع في خدمة العميل من ناحيت الصيدلي ما انصح اي واحد يجي هذه الفرع سيء مره مره. همه اهتمو بشكل المحل بس ما اهتمو باخلاق البائع وهذه ينفر العميل انا خرجة زعلان ورحت لصيدلية ثانية وقررت اني ما اجي هذه الفرع
