★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من كم يوم كانت تجربتي الأولى لتطبيق صيدليات الدواء. كان عندهم عروض و ناقصتني أشياء فقلت أستغل الفرصة.
كانت تجربة سيئة للأسف؛ وصلتني الأشياء ناقصة منتج كان عليه عرض و صرت دافعة في المنتج ضعف سعره بسبب غلطتهم. تواصلت معاهم لحل المشكلة و وعدوني بحلها و لليوم مستمرين في المماطلة. لا وصلوا المنتج الناقص و لا رجعوا فلوسي!!
بعد مرور أسبوع على الموضوع رفعت بلاغ لوزارة التجارة و لا زلت أنتظر ردهم.
كانت أول و آخر تجربة لتطبيقهم إن شاء الله!!
How many days ago was my first experience with Al-Dawaa Pharmacies app. They had offers and I missed things, so I said take advantage of the opportunity.
It was a bad experience unfortunately; I received things missing a product that had an offer, and I became a payer for the product, twice its price, because of their mistake. I contacted them to solve the problem and they promised me to solve it and to this day they continue to procrastinate. They did not receive the missing product and did not return my money!!
A week later, I submitted a report to the Ministry of Commerce, and I am still waiting for their response.
It was the first and last experience of applying them, God willing!!
