★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رحت مشوار من اقصى الجنوب الي الصيدليه لصرف الدواء رفض الصيدلي بعد ان اخبرنا موجود قال الصرف الساعه 4 تعال بكره كان ارواح الناس لعبه ولما اخبرتو اني اصرف الدواء باي وقت ولدي بلاغ لتاخر صرف وصفتي قال ماعندي الدوا وصرفني من يتحمل مسؤلية ارواح وصحة الناس اسبوعين لم اجد دواء لوالدتي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صيدلي مايعرف ولا يسالك وش نوع العلاج اذا عندك تامين او وصفتي لاتروح له نصيحة بيعطيك اسوا بديل و اغلا سعر ولا راح يسالك * بصراحه انا فيه نوع مايناسبني وجيت معي وصفه ماسال اي نوع من بخاخ الانف يناسبك راح سحب اللي عنده وعطاني العلاج قلت له بدله قال هذا اللي عندي وانسحب بتاخذه خذه والشكوى لله اخت العلاج ومشيت مع انه مو اللي ابغاه والوصفه ماكان محدده ع نوع معين يعني كان ممكن يسال ويعطيني شي افضل بس*

If you have insurance or my prescription, do not go to him for advice, he will give you the worst alternative and the most expensive price, and he will not ask you * Frankly, I have a type that suits me and I came with a prescription. I take it and complain to God, the sister of the treatment, and I walked even though it was not what I wanted, and the recipe was not specific to a specific type. I mean, he could have asked and he would have given me something better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy a medicine for my teeth.I lost the receipt some where and I needed to give it to company so that I can get my money back. The doctor in the night name Ali he refused to give me receipt again. First of all he refused to reprint it. Than I started arguing with him as its my right to get my receipt. Than he start saying that we can't reprint it. We dont have system. I asked him how you are calculating your sale than? How you are rechecking the invoices? How you are auditing and balancing your account if you cannot reprint the invoice or any single thing which you printed once? He start arguing than. When I ask his name he refused to give me his name also. (His baladiyah card was flipped so I couldn't see it) . Than after arguing for long he gave me his name and said Khalas do you need something else. I said thank you and left.
If therr was option of 0 star I would give them that also. Poor service and dammm poor Egyptian doctor.
