★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف ذهبت لهم بوصفة طبية من وصفتي واعتذر الصيدلي ان السيستم عطلان مما اضطرني لشراء العلاج من صيدلية النهدي اذا تكرر اعتذارهم بان الجهاز عطلان مع بقية المراجعين فهذه مشكلة تتطلب تدخل وزارة الصحة
Unfortunately, I went to them with a prescription from my prescription, and the pharmacist apologized that the system was out of order, which forced me to buy the treatment from Al-Nahdi Pharmacy. If they repeatedly apologized that the device was out of order with the rest of the patients, this is a problem that requires the intervention of the Ministry of Health

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله حتى نجمة قليلة بحقهم، استغفال غير طبيعي للناس، عندي وصفة من مركز صحي ورحت لهم يقول السستم عطلان، كلمت وزارة الصحة وقالوا لي السستم شغال، المشكلة تناقض من الموظف مرة يقولي السستم عطلان من الساعة ٩ص بالرغم من ان احد الاشخاص جاء معصب يقول انا لي ٣ ايام كل يوم يقولون عطلان، غير ان الموظف فالبداية قالي السستم عطلان ولما قلت له بكلم وزارة الصحة قالي اجل ما حصرف الدواء الا لما اكلم موظف الصحة، طيب ما انت قبل شوي تقولي السستم عطلان كيف بتصرفه !!! فرع سيء جدا والموظفين يحتاج لهم دورة التعامل مع الاشخاص وعدم استغفالهم والكذب عليهم
I swear to God, even a few stars for them, abnormal neglect of people, I have a prescription from a health center and I went to them saying the system is out of order, I called the Ministry of Health and they told me the system is working, the problem is a contradiction from the employee once. They say that the system is out of order from 9 am, although one of the people came and said I am I have 3 days every day, they say it is out of order, but the employee first told me that the system is out of order, and when I told him I spoke to the Ministry of Health, he said, “Yes, he didn’t take the medicine until I spoke to the health worker. Ok, so you didn’t say that the system is out of date, how do you deal with it!!!” A very bad branch and the staff needs them to have a course in dealing with people and not overlooking and lying to them

الله يجعله يذوق الهم والتعب ويلقى ناس تدعسه وما ترحمه
The Saudi pharmacist calls me from the cashier while I am outside at the window, so I had to raise my voice so that he can hear me, even though I am tired and rude and suddenly he says why do you blow? Because you don't want to get close to me and listen to me, you think yourself a minister
