By God, it is forbidden for a company the size of Sony to have this place of reception for its maintenance, in addition to the fact that the maintenance is from worse to worse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل ترتيبه سيء كأنك داخل حراج اجهزة ، وجيتهم كانو مقفلين في وقت الدوام الرسمي حاطين رقم جوال للاتصال على ورقة معلقة على الباب اتصلت عليه وكان داخل المحل والمحل مقفل ، وجيتهم مرة عند استلام الجهاز والمحل ريحته دخان مقرف ماقدرت اتحمل اتواجد داخل المحل ، فتحت باب المكتب عشان اتنفس اكسجين نظيف وبعدين طلعت خارج المكتب لحين انتهاء التسليم ، الصراحة وضع المكتب لا يرتقي لعلامة سوني التجارية .
The shop has a bad arrangement, as if you are inside a hardware store, and they were closed during official working hours. They put a mobile number to call on a paper hanging on the door. I called him and he was inside the shop and the shop was closed, and I came to them once when receiving the device and the shop smelled of disgusting smoke. I could not stand being inside the shop, I opened the office door In order to breathe clean oxygen and then I went out of the office until the delivery was over. To be honest, the office situation does not live up to the Sony brand.

The place is messy. Dealing is different from the reputation of a company the size of Sony, lack of commitment to working hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عملت صيانة لديهم والجهاز انتهى وجاهز للتسليم ولكن للأسف يوجد تاخير في تسليم الاجهزه بمكة بسبب عامل التوصيل ايضا لايوجد صياتة بمكة وحميع الاجهزه تذهب لجده
I did maintenance for them and the device is finished and ready for delivery, but unfortunately there is a delay in delivering the devices in Makkah because of the delivery worker. Also, there is no service in Makkah and all the devices go to Jeddah
