★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad as always. So I went to AL amal branch which they have shutdown but on google still shows up.
Then the helpline directed me to Sari after explaining my problem and the staff their didn't entertain me by saying only oil change here and you should go to Bakashaf branch and naturally I did. The manager was rude to me bad behavior.
So today I have made a record of visiting each and every branch changan jeddah and still returning home without getting the 20 mins job done because they cba to.
Really need improvement, helpline tells you something and service center another thing.
Changan has made a good car but al majdouie has done a fabolous job in providing the worse customer service experiences I have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service but the timings are somewhat of a problem. 7:30 am to 3 pm is where they stop taking in cars for service and it runs only on weekdays. So for people who go for jobs it is a bit hectic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is much more professional and efficient than most other branches i started doing my other cars maintenance in that branch exclusively although it would be even better if it had better hospitality services such as beverages hot and cold but overall best service experience
