كان في غاية التفاهم وتوضيح امور صيانة سيارتي
يفتح الفرع في تمام الساعه 8:00ص الى 5:00م
فترة راحة غداء من 12 ظ الى 1 ظ
The reception engineer was contacted and his name was Ammar
He was very understanding and explained my car maintenance matters
The branch opens from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Lunch break from 12 pm to 1 pm

اليوم كان اخر يوم في استقبال العرض المجاني
ونتيجة الكشف غير مرضية لحد ما حيث انه لم يتم اكتشاف مشكلة طقة خلفية عند الانعطاف جهة اليسار شبيهة بطقة العكوس لمركبات الدفع الأمامي
ونتيجة الكشف لم تظهر الا الصيانة الدورية فقط من تغيير سير التيمن وتوابعه وتغيير الزيوت واضافة كراسي الماكينة وهذا احتمال يوجد بها عطل وكذلك رؤوس الاذرعة الداخلية والخارجية ولا اعتقد بها شيء
هذه تجربتي معهم
بالنسبة كطاقم استقبال وصيانة محترمين ومتجاوبين معي واعطيهم خمس نجوم واما الشركة بصفة عامة ٣نجوم وكفاية عليهم
