★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever clinic I’ve ever been to. It should be depreciated. I went for laser hair removal, it was unnecessary expensive, and the worse part is, after going there 6 times, guess what? I’m back with all my hair and even worse, now my hair is growing in a strange zigzag pattern on my arm and leg whic is hell embarrassing. I’m super disappointed and I’m sad that I wasted all my money, time, Careem fees and all. My advice, either improve the machines and service or close the clinic I’m sorry to say

I have tried the laser hair removal couple of months ago using the discount voucher purchased via Cobone and I had no regrets?The results were amazing and therefore I re-purchased another coupon via Cobone which expires a month later (18th April 2021). Unfortunately, I have tried several times calling up Swans medical for an appointment prior the expiration but the commenter claims the only available slot falls on 20th April 2020. I reinforced to her that the expiration of coupon will be on the 18th but indeed she comforted me saying it wasn’t a big deal, just book yourself on the 20th April as they’re fully booked for the entire 2 weeks schedule!When I arrived yesterday, I was told that the voucher of SAR 299 that I purchased can’t be used as it has expired!Maafi faedah? A gentleman (claims to be a HR personal) indeed was not helpful enough and demanded me to get another package instead which caused me another SAR 299 - I paid of course since I was already there and proceeded my session. As I thought it was the end of story , nope I was totally wrong. On my way out, the receptionist called me again and claims that I need to pay another additional of SAR 45 as the additional VATS which was not included earlier into my bill! This is truly insane , well maybe it’s because I’m a non- SAUDI here? Well, I truly hope someone responds to my thoughts here because every single SAR counts and I’ve literally paid double for nothing. Sadly , I was thinking of recommending this centre to my peers & besties but unfortunately I’m thinking of not doing it as what happened to me yesterday was indeed ugly!Last but not least, if someone from the management is reading this truly hope for a positive feedback from your team at least?

I was skeptical of the outcomes before agreeing to meet with him, assuming that it would be another rigorous diet that I would be unable to follow and would have to abandon after a week owing to the dietary limitations. But I was wrong!!
I'm not hungry during the day, and I'm able to complete workouts since the directions were really clear and easy to follow. I can also indulge in some junk food to relieve stress.
Dr Suhaib comes highly recommended by me to folks who are serious about reducing weight.

Poor Management and very bad customer experience even from the manager herself. Staff and manager don’t know how to solve issues nor deal with them, they need to be taught how to provide better customer experience.
