Purchasing online from Sun and Sand has been very disappointing experience.
The delivery took almost a month , when I finally received it I found out that the shoes were slightly tight , so I visited 2 local stores hoping to have a quick exchange for a better size , they refused to help and said I have to exchange it online and through the mail only and first I have to submit a request, I submitted the request but till now no one responded !
There is no local warehouse in RIYADH where you can just do the exchange and the local stores refused to help with the shipping - they could have just received it and ship it in my behalf and I can wait , they just said it was not their problem and I should try to get a response from someone online.
The website makes it look very easy by posting ( FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURNS) just don’t fall for that trap .
I will never order online from them again .
