يوجد به مجلس رجال ونساء وصالة وغرفة نوم ومطبخ وحوشين وحمامين ومسبح ..
سلبيته ان المكان مافيه شبكة والاتصال بالنت معدوم تقريبا .. سعره غالي مقارنه بأن الشبكة شبه معدومه بهذا المكان ..
غير ذلك الشاليه جميل وجديد والحمامات نظيفة .. المسبح صغير وليس عميق مناسب للمبتدئين بالسباحه .. وحوشين كبيرة مع وجود مشب نار بكلا الحوشين والمجالس وسيعه ..
