★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is shabby and decrepit. The service is nonexistent. Was here during Hajj and did not have any say in it. Beware you have been warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got room on 3rd floor via the agent for 3 persons. Not enough space for 3 persons. U can barely take shower in washroom as they are not spacious. No wifi in the rooms. Only at the reception.

Just 4-5 mints walking distance from masjid Al haram.i spent 11 nights there.
not costly , low price ,.
All staaf members are also nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all its not sufrah al jazeer its masarat makkah(sufrah 1). Board is changed now.
Distance from haram is around 500m actually but agents say its 350m.
Rooms are very very small. If you booked a three bed it will only accommodate 3 single tinny beds. Not even a side table or lamp.
Mattresses are pathetic. Springs will hurt your back.
ACs are window ACs which are very noisy.
No power sockets available for mobile charging.
Washrooms are working okay but no room service. Stayed there 7 nights and no one came for room service.
Lifts are always busy and can waste your plenty time.
Staff is decent. One guy from swat named bilal sits on reception is having excellent customer service. He is very polite and humble. Guided me well thats the reason i increased one star in rating.
