★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's all mess with existing staff. They have very bad attitude with customers. No smile faces at all. All over experience is very bad. They made mistakes with my order and get me pay 50% more without getting what I need. Without premium service I can buy from any nearby food restaurant with double economy.
They need to review what staff they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the subway is really nice and spacious. staff are good, especially considering its hajj season. however there's a banister at the top of the stairs that isn't secure and could fall at any minute. also the toilet is an absolute dump. see pictures. they also don't do breakfast.
