Staff is very nice and organized and cortious.
For Fatoor in Ramadan it was a great experience.
Their Salad Bar is Legendary in Jeddah with an amazing selection of a wide variety of Salads Fresh and Cooked Salads.
Multiple Soups with Croutons and Garlic Bread just makes your day.
Overall a great experience with your family and friends.
Looks like Salad Bar has improved in 2022 Ramadan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice food but the prices are greatly exaggerated, we ordered the prime rib eye steak ? medium which was pretty good, and it came with 2 sides, truffle mac and cheese which was great and sweet potato fries which a little bit soggy in my opinion, we also ordered the cassedilla as an appetizer which was nice, the southwest chicken was our other order and it was nice. For drinks we had a vanilla milkshake and tropical ice tea, no complaints here both were properly cold and refreshing, but the prices man the prices are too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food but a really disrespectful staff. I maybe wrong. On menu it was written all you want soup. But waiter after two servings said you cannot take more. The other guest were taking more but the waiter did not stop them. I still went to take more soup the other waiter did not stop me and served me more soup as I wanted.

And after all this time waiting. the steak comes very cold and the taste like the chewing gum like a plastic it's not cook well and there is weird smell on it. looks likes the steak very old. I don't recommend this restaurant.there is another restaurants better then this one. It was my first time and last time. Even our table was no AC on it and on the table was a lot of dirt spot even the Dishes. It's only waste of time and money.

Preparing orders took long time around 1.15 minutes ( it was Rush hour) . Soup bowl wasn't available we have to use cartoon cups instead of.
Salad refilling was very late . Some of salads dishes kept empty without refilling until I left the restaurant .
Nothing else other factors is similar to speak house ? ? standard
