الشركة بشكل عام ما تساعد العميل و يطالبوك بانك تشترك بخدمات اكثر عشان تحصل على بعض الاساسيات زي التسجيل في الموقع و ضرورة الحصول على رقم منهم على الرغم من حصولك على خدمة الانترنت
ناهيك عن المواعيد الي تنلغي بدون اي انذار و المشاكل الي تواجها بعد ما تشترك في منتجاتهم من فواتير ما تدري من فين طلعت و اعطال في الاجهزه نفسها
و تقريبا ما عندهم خدمة عملاء تقدر تعتمد عليها
The employees are arrogant and very lazy
The company in general does not help the customer and ask you to subscribe to more services in order to get some basics, such as registering on the site and the need to obtain a number from them even though you have obtained the Internet service
Not to mention the appointments that are canceled without any warning, and the problems that you face after you subscribe to their products of bills. What do you know from where they came out and malfunctions in the devices themselves
And they almost don't have customer service that you can count on
