My line was disconnected without any reason from STC, we visited the branch twice and they promised that they will fix the problem and get it back within 24 hours but they did not !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee at the front desk lacked even the most basic PR skills. He was very, very, very impolite. He just shouted and yelled and even threatened some customers. He was like a bear with a sore head. This crazy employee has got to be fired. Too many reviews are complaining about this depraved employee, but stc doesn't seem to bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on this new STC center to ask for assistance to cancel my friends stc number for her to avail and consume the internet data she just purchased in her new stc number. Unfortunately, it took us for almost four hours to finish our transaction. Staffs are keep on transferring us from one staff to another. Anyhow, the place is good and clean, they're also following safety health precautions.
