★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately my very simple request for establishing a new subscription for home internet was not closed during the visit to this branch. The employee failed to explain the reason for the delay and was unable to proceed with the simple request. Unfortunately, I was asked to wait “around 24 hours” for what he referred to as “technical support”.
Since I could tell that the employee was incompetent and had no idea how to fulfill my request, I called the 900 number (something he didn’t mention I could do). Unsurprisingly, my suspicion that the employee had no idea what he was doing was correct since the employee who handled my request on the phone resolved the issue in under 3 minutes.
Not sure why the branch is operating if they can’t actually provide the most basic customer service. At the very least, the under-qualified employees should refrain from providing misleading information and wasting the time of their paying customers.

The queuing system is not working.
Not helpful other than purchasing in store items and services even though having a help centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, one staff told me to wait while I get my last information, which I showed him and totally ignored it. I had to wait more than 2 hours just to get my landline restored. And the manager after I told him what happened he totally ignored the complaint. If you are in a hurry and need quick in and out don’t come to this branch. Waste of time just waiting to be served.
