★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst stc store ever, all of them were less educated doesn’t speak english very good, aside from language barrier all staff got some attitude issues. i dont recommend stc store at all. they fined me a 209 sr cancellation fee of contract device cancellation but i never did cancel my contract well in fact i pay regularly every month on time. this is not good place really. all of the people there were idiots

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Staff was unwilling to help. Disrespectful and yelling at me in front of my mother and wife. What was the reason? I was wearing shorts (covering my knees).
He claimed in Saudi Arabia it is illegal to wear shorts. This was in October 2021. Seems their employees are still living in 2006 and have no idea about the country's Vision 2030. There were 3 employees in the store and all of them agreed that shorts are illegal in Saudi Arabia.
There is a Zain store next door. Extremely kind employees there. I strongly suggest to take your business there.
