★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi starbuck, i visited lots of coffee shop and starbuck also also had different kind of experience but days ago i went here place the order and waiting for my order and a person making the drinks , i saw he is asking for help handover but the lady cashier, she was furiously and dont want to help she is keep busy using mobile, i think her name is nouf and if there is a good team and there is success, hope you better give some training

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a regular customer of Starbucks for their beans. I feel that they offer consistent experience wherever you buy them, in any country. Something familiar and you know you'll get good cup of coffee with it, every single time.
I ordered my beans here couple of days ago and the barista got the grind size wrong. But when I arrived here today they offered to replace the bean and grind it to my liking, without hassle. Top notch customer service!
Will come back again whenever I pass by Kharj area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, one of the dirtiest branches I ever saw. The ladies staff too. even though friendy, their lack of enthusiasm and carlesness is showing. quite unfortunate since it was great when it first began. I hope things pick up later so I can update this review with something better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always Starbucks fails to dissatisfy me. The consistency of the coffee is always on par every time I get a coffee. The ambience of this branch has a mellowed vibe and I admire the way they have perfected the lighting in order to create that vibe. I seriously wasn’t expecting this branch to be so good. The only negative point is that the cakes are not always fresh.
