I'm really glad & happy to find a staff that I can call my second Family.
Your staff at Al Salama branch at Al Madinah are more than amazing.
You got Abdullaziz best Mentor manager ever,
Bilal, Hassan, Faisal, Nabat, Maryam, Taif, shfeer, Junaid & Hamza they are more than amazing. True Family members.
But who are really worthy off mentioning is Sister Khadija & Sister Jana.
They are able to handle multiple tasks on a daily basis
They use a creative approach to problem solve.
They are dependable womens who is great at time management
always energetic and eager to learn new skills
They are the most hardworking and always the last to leave the coffee house in the end of there shift or duty.
The are so honest and trustworthy
Both are a natural leader and developer of customers.
And most impressive Team-players
Even if they're exhausted they give it a hundered & ten.
I think they are the only ones from the new staff members who knows what is the blue eye & the read eye.
Sorry for not mentioning the rest of the staff members & that's because I've problems remembering names but honestly they're all amazing.
Best regards from your loyal customer who has been drinking your espresso since almost 12 years or maybe more. I've a picture off me at my IG account drinking ur coffee at 2013 in France. & another one holding your old espresso machine before you changed it at 2014. I go way back with your heavenly espresso.
Starbucks was always a good place to stay at over the years ,,, but your Salama staff made it home to me.
I'm really thankful and grateful for your employees.
