★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costumer service zero, nothing, useless. Worst bank in KSA. When you need support there and you calling service, they don't know nothing and they are not supportive, but that just in case if they respond phone call. Terrible, zero stars is waay to much for this bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I AM TRYING TO REQUEST MY CLEARANCE FOR MY VISA AND MASTER CREDIT CARDS UNFORTUNATELY THE SABB NAJRAN BRANCH REFUSED TO PROCESS MY CLEARANCE AS THE MANAGER TOLD IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY,NOW I CALLED THE TOLL FREE NUMBER AND THE AGENT TOLD ME TO GO TO THE BRANCH...PLEASE SABB MANAGEMENT PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME CONFUSED...I WANT A PROPER AND EXACT INSTRUCTIONS SO THAT I CAN PROCESS MY CLEARANCE PROPERLY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Muhammad Farouk, a deceptive and conceited Indian national who works at this branch, blatantly and without remorse of any kind, refused to acknowledge my long standing issue despite the fact that the customer service staff had acknowledged that it was mistake on their part, on record!! He lied to my face to such an extent and prevented another lady, who fully understood my issue and suffering, to help me in any way. If it weren’t for the intervention of the Highest person in charge, he would have never been of any help! The entire staff is made up of lazy liars who would rather sit in their seats than get up to help you! Stay away from this bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. I was forced to deposit via their slow moving tellers because their two ATM machine for deposit is broken. Waited for so long I decided not to continue my transaction. I think they are just having their time moving so slow not considering their clients waiting. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star. ??
