★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful...they do bring projects but the customer service sucks big time. The service is only good as long as the the sale is pending. Once the sale is done forget about customer service. The managers ignore phone calls and other team members make fake promises on which they cant deliver. They are just a broker and behave as one... so i would suggest buy direct from real-estate companies and avoid these middlemen...also its easier to deal directly with the companies if you buy direct.
