★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشكر كاتب العدل مكتب 18 الدور الثالث على تخليص معاملتنا بعد تعقيد وتعب ولخبطة في المعاملة بسبب اخطاء بعض الموظفين من الدور الأرضي << واتمنى اعادة تأهيلهم ليكون هناك احترافية اكثر في تخليص معاملات الزوار
 I thank the notary, office 18, third floor, for clearing our transaction after being complicated, tired, and messy in the transaction due to the mistakes of some employees from the ground floor << and I hope they are rehabilitated so that there will be more professionalism in clearing visitors’ transactions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لن اتكلم عن الموظفين سواء قسم النساء او الرجال فهذا واجبهم وعملهم وبار رزق لهم فيجب ان يحسنو وهم بارك الله فيهم كانو على قدر المسؤولية التي وكلت اليهم ولم ولن يقصروا بإذن الله وجزاهم الله خير الجزاء
اتكلم عن المبنى بالتاكيد يحتاج الى تجديد دهان ومكيفات فالموظفين هم اخوتنا لهم الحق بمكان مريح يسر العين ويريح النفس ويتوفر فيه كافة وسائل الراحة ولن اقارن بينها وبين مكتب اي موظف اهلي ولكن ارجو التحسين واعطاء الموظف قدره في مكان العمل و لذلك ارجو ممن لهم الامر ان يهتموا بهذا الامر ونرجو التوفيق والسداد للجميع
I will not talk about the employees, whether the women’s or men’s department. This is their duty, their work, and their livelihood. They must improve and they, may God bless them. They were up to the responsibility that was entrusted to them.
I am talking about the building. It certainly needs renovation of paint and air conditioners. The employees are our brothers. They have the right to a comfortable place that is easy on the eye and relaxes the soul and has all amenities. I will not compare it with the office of any civil servant, but I hope to improve and give the employee his ability in the workplace, and therefore I hope those who have the matter pay attention In this matter, we wish everyone success and payment

مافي احترام للناس
اسلوب سيء جدا جدا في التعامل
موظف واحد فقط اللي يسوي افراغ
ومشرفهم يغطي عليهم ويقول كلام مو منطقي، اقلو في كبار في السن وملطوعين لنا اكثر من ساعتين يقلي اللي مو عاجبه يمشي!!!
اقسم بالله قلة احترام في الكلام وتعامل اسوء من السيء

No respect for people
Very very bad manner of dealing
Only one employee who makes an emptying
And their supervisor covers them and says words that do not make sense, say that there are elderly people and they have been volunteering for us for more than two hours to fry those who do not like to walk!!!
I swear to God, lack of respect in speech and treatment is worse than bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been frequenting this place since getting the investment license back in 2006 and it's the most consistently operational location in the city.
The parking situation is nightmarish and the traffic situation is even worse since its in the old city.
The wait time is negligible, especially since the online implementation of the 'wakalah' system.
I've found the employees well behaved, helpful and the judges to be kind and professional.
Make sure to take all your documentation.
Naturally, no one speaks anything other than Arabic here.
