موقعها ممتاز قدام حديقة كبيره وجميع الخدمات على نفس الشارع ??
 The apartments are excellent, the bedroom is clean, and the sofa in the hall is a little rough
Its location is excellent in front of a large garden and all services are on the same street ??

الموقع جيدا جدا اما ما يعيبها
سوء الخدمة في نظافة الغرف وخدمة الضيوف
الاثاث قديم ومتهالك وأسرة النوم تالفة وغير مريحه للنوم ابدا او الراحة
لا يتم طباعة فواتير بالمدة والمبالغ المستلمة
تحتاج الى رفع شكوى

The furniture is old and worn out and the sleeping beds are damaged and uncomfortable to sleep at all or rest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نزلنا عندهم اليله في ملاحظات بسيطه ابلقنا فيها الاداره بس بالمجمل الفندق ممتاز
We stayed there tonight with simple comments that the management informed us about, but in general the hotel is excellent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيد جداً بالنسبة للنظافة ،، الموقع حلو كلش حولك // احيانا اشياء خارج سيطرة الاداره او حسب حظك ?? مثل الازعاج او روائح الطبخ من جيرانك .. العزل ضعيف يعني ممكن اذا عندك مداخله في موظوع مع الشقه اللي جنبك بس ترفع صوتك شوي وتقول رايك
Very good for the cleanliness ,, the location is sweet, Kalash around you // Sometimes things outside the control of the administration or according to your luck ?? such as disturbance or cooking smells from your neighbors .. The insulation is weak, I mean, it is possible if you have entrances in a position with the apartment next to you, but you raise your voice and say your opinion

The worst apartments I have ever had in the south Very, very bad manners for the employee to deal other than the cleanliness of the poor apartments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستقبال سيئ اضطريت انتظر فتره حتى جاء عامل الاستقبال .. طلب مني كاش بحكم ان جهاز السحب الالي عطلان مع انه كل المحلات حوله شغال السحب فيها .. واليوم الثاني احد الاشخاص رفض يسلمه كاش إلا بفاتورة او سند وصل او بالشبكة وعامل الاستقبال رفض وقال للشخص اطلع برى .. يا كاش وبدون فاتوره يا اطلع .. الشخص برر موقفه بأنه وش يعرفني ان المبلغ بيروح لمالك الشقق دام ما فيه لا فاتوره ولا سند ولا حتى سداد بالشبكة .. الشقه بشكل عام لا بأس بها مستهلكه نوعاً ما
The reception was bad. I had to wait for a while until the receptionist came.. He asked me for cash because the automatic withdrawal machine was out of order, even though all the shops around it were working.. And the second day one of the people refused to hand him cash except with a bill or a receipt voucher or the network, and the receptionist refused and told the person to look Out.. cash and without an invoice.. the person justified his position by saying that he did not know that the amount goes to the owner of the apartments as long as there is no bill, no bond, not even payment on the network.. the apartment in general is okay and somewhat worn out.
