★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not really that bad it's just the location has no grocery stores nearby and most people complain about not getting in the rooms recently after they booked before they came .. but the rooms are clean .. nice smell but the elevator is hard to control.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave away our rooms to someone else even though we reserved them. Terrible experience. Wish i could give 0 stars. We payed 1400 riyals for a stay at a diffrent hotel because eveything was booked during this busy time. Looked dirty too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved 3 rooms. We got there 2 am in the morning after a 12 hour road trip. But when we got there, the receptionist said the hotel had given the rooms away. When we asked them why, they said other people asked for our reserved rooms so they gave the rooms away to them. That night our family of 8 slept in our car until 9 am when a room in a nearby hotel opened up.
I have never witnessed such a blatant disregard for a time honored rule of simply reserving something. Honestly astounding. I don’t know how this hotel functions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small, don't believe the pictures. 4 beds were crammed in a small room for 2.toilet fixtures were broken. Curtains were falling off.wont recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast check in because there were no much pilgrim, common areas are neat and clean, but the rooms and washroom are not maintained very well, there were no tea items, no towel and no toiletries. No market nearby, only one Turkish restaurant available nearby
