★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share one of my experience when I buy a diamond ring from sona jewellers balad jeddah.
At the time when I purchasing a diamond ring sona staff promised me they will give diamond certificate card within 2 weeks. But now more than one month no any reply from them. When we call they are saying they don't have the card and if you don't want the ring you can return it to the shop.
My problem is I already gifted that ring to one of my relative and i promised i will give the card asap.
My opinion is when your buying a diamond try to get the card that time it self...
This two star I gave before all i have purchased lots of thing from sona jewellers and, at that time the service was v good. Now customer service is v bad.
