هو سوق لبيع الضأن والماعز يقام يوم الخميس من كل أسبوع بعد صلاة الفجر مباشرة.
يتميز هذا السوق بتعدد خيارته حيث أن المحلاني وضواحيها يكثر فيها ملاك الماشية والمربون كما يتميز بأسعاره المعقولة والتي تتوافق مع العرض والطلب كما يتميز بموقعه والذي يقع في غرب القصيم حيث القرب من منطقة المدينة المنورة وحائل ويقع على الطريق الذي يربط بين منطقة القصيم وحائل والذي يمر بسميراء.
يخدم سوق المحلاني المدن والقرى والهجر القريبة والبعيدة ومنها عقلة الصقور وقطن والطرفاوي وجديد وامباري والعماير والجابرية ووتدة والنمرية وسميراء والفوارة والبعايث والعديد ممن لم يتسع المجال لذكرها ويعذرنا سكانها لعدم ذكرها.
