في فن التعامل و المصداقية مع الزبائن
تم الاتفاق معهم يوم الاثنين لتعبئة صحنين حلويات وتم دفع العربون المتفق عليه وتم الاتفاق على وقت التسليم يكون يوم الجمعه بعد صلاة العصر مباشرة علما انني اتيت اليهم في تمام الساعه 4:30 عصرا ولكن للاسف بداءت الاعذار انت امس جيت دفعت وانت ما اكدت علينا طيب استنى نص ساعه ولكن لا حياة لما تنادي وتم الاتصال بمشرف الفرع من الجنسيه السورية وايضا اعذار لا تقدم ولا تاخر انت يا الزبون لا بد تلتمس لنا العذر يا سيدي اعتبر صار علينا حادث او توفيت ههههه هل هذا عذر ياناس ولكن لم يعطيك فرصة في الكلام معه ولا حاب يسمع من الزبون اي توضيح او افادتي بسبب مقنع وبعد نصف ساعه حضر للمحل ومعه عامل ويقول انتظر ساعه في عامل ما حضر متغيب ورجعت حليمه للعادة القديمة سوالي واحد يا اهل مدينة ينبع البلد والصناعية هل هذا كلام يعقل وهل هذا يتم معه الاتفاق مستقبلا انا اترك لكم الجواب والله يحاسبني اذا ظلمتهم في اي شي والله على ما اقول شهيد
