★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيتهم عشان ارسلو رساله لازم تحديث بيانات وانتظر ساعه واخر شي تجي تقولي لا مايحتاج تحديث حسابك متنشط دامه شغال فيه ويجي بعدها بكم اسبوع الا حسابي تجمد مقدر اسحب ولا اسوي شي وانا على وشك ولاده مقدر اجيهم الفرع للاسف ازفت بنك وسمعته في الحضيض وكل ماله يصير اسواء حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا رحت لهم يوم الثلاثاء وقاعد من الساعه 1 الى الساعه 3 ولما جى دوري قال المحاسب النظام معلق .
وبعدين رجعت لهم اليوم الثاني قعدت من الساعه 1 الى الساعه 2:24 وقال النظام معلق الي ظايقني ان في واحد جاي الساعه 2 وقطع رقم ولما شافه مدير الفرع قال له تعال واعطاه الفلوس وانا من الساعه وحده ولا عبرنا بشي يعني علا المصالح ولا كيف .
نرجو من ادارة بنك الاهلي اخذ تعليقي بعين الاعتبار ولكم جزيل الشكر

Then I went back to them on the second day. I sat from 1 am to 2:24 pm. He said the system was suspended. It bothered me that someone came at 2 pm and cut a number. When the branch manager saw it, he said to him, “Come and give him the money, and I am from the hour alone, and we have not crossed anything.”
