Y	Yousef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst employee i have ever seen they are not looking forward into working more than 10 people were waiting and there eas 4 employee no one serviced any of us then after a whole hour they claimed that the system is down so we would leave the bank. The only reason i am dealing with this bank is the us embassy, and now the only hope of getting a visa is for the embassy to start using a decent bank instead of samba.

When I went to get my statement, the bank branch manager has helped me get it within 5 minutes. He is a very helpful and cheerful person. I wish he is promoted and compensated as per his dedication to his job. Kudos to SNB for raising the customer service bar way too high. Keep up! I wish SNB more success. Previous Review: Worst branch of SAMBA ever! Don’t even think about going there and wasting time. It takes approx one hour for them to serve you. They are slow. They are lazy. They don’t care about customer service. The best SAMBA branch is Kingdom Mall branch. Go there and don’t waste your time coming to this branch!
R	Rahaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst possible service and non of the ATMs work, i recommended you close your account and go to alrajhi where they don’t waste your time for the simplest requests, all i wanted was a mada card. after going through 2 branches and waiting for 3 hours i still didn’t get it. and the people working there are incredible rude
