★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لايوجد قسم خاص بالنساء مع ان البنك من أقدم البنوك في محافظة الخرج مع وجود امكانيه لدور ثاني ويوجد مساحه أرض بجانب البنك

لانه يجبر العميل انه مايسحب من ماكينة صرف غير من نفس . والا سيوقف بطاقة الصراف لغاية مايسحب من ماكينة البنك نفسه . والخرج مافيها الا تقريباً اربع او ثلاث مكائن صرف .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سامبا بنك جيد ولكن من ناحية مكائن الصرافات الآلية قليله جدا ومتهالكة واجهزة صراف آلي قدييييييييييييمة جدا جدا
خدمات الايداع سيئة في الصرافة وليس فقط الخرج بل على مستوى المملكة اغلب صرافته سيئة وقليله جدا واما باقي الخدمات ممتازة افضل من باقي البنوك

These bank employees are very bad in dealing with customers, and it is not normal for those responsible for them, I don’t know why I kept silent about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيد جدا تعامل الموظفين ممتاز السلبيات 1-ايقاف البطاقه اذا جلست شهر ماسحبت مع العلم حسابي حاطه ادخار واسهم المفروض يكافؤني مو يعاقبوني ويبهذلوني كل شوي مراجعهم تنشيط حساب
2- لايوجد قسم نسائي
Very good, excellent staff behavior. Cons: 1- Stopping the card. If I sit for a month, I will not withdraw, knowing that my account has savings and shares. It is supposed to reward me. They do not punish me and humiliate me every bit.
2- There is no women's section

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفين والخدمات لا تعليق ولكن بنك سامبا لم يعد كما كان تراجعت خدماتهم بشكل كبير وقد سبقتهم البنوك الاخرى
انا عميل لبنك سامبا منذ اكثر من ١٥ سنه وحاليا افكر في نقل حسابي على بنك آخر
Employees and services are not suspended, but Samba Bank is no longer the same, their services have fallen significantly and were preceded by other banks
I have been a customer of Samba Bank for more than 15 years and currently I am considering transferring my account to another bank
