★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هذا الفرع للخدمات الاجتماعيه لبنك الاهلي... لكن تمكنت من استخراج بطاقة صراف بواسطة جهاز الخدمة الذاتيه في اسفل المبنى. بطاقتي كانت منتهيه واستخرجت جديده بواسطة ادخال الهويه الوطنيه والبصمه
لكن للاسف انصدمت ان موظف الاستقبال هندي ولا يفقه عربي الا قليل... لماذا لا يتم توطين المهنه؟ ام ان السبب هو مالك البنك يمني.... انا مضطره لتحويل راتبي لبنك اخر لان هذا البنك لا يخدم ابناء وطني 100%

Or is the reason the owner of the bank is Yemeni .... I am forced to transfer my salary to another bank because this bank does not serve the sons of my country 100%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ على شارع تجاري و حوله محلات تسوق كثيرة و قلة المواقف عيب البنك الوحيد
مسؤول الامن في الفترة الصباحية مسؤول عن قياس الحرارة ( كورونا ) اجارنا الله
اقسامه مرتبة و كراسي المراجعين موزعة بتباعد
حقيقة مراجعتي لخدمة الصرافين سهلة و سريعة و مميزة
عند الموظف الحربي و لا اذكر اسمه جيداً
لكن اشهد بالله هؤلاء شبابنا اللي نفخر بهم و نباهي بهم
بشاشة و حسن استقبال و انجاز رائع
شكرا لبنك الاهلي ارتقاء و تطوير مستوى خدماته يوم عن اللي قبله
و شكرا لشبابنا الراقي الذي يعكس اجمل ما بداخلهم .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اليوم. غيرو الصرافين ومفيش ترتيب للارقام والصارف بيطوب مع العميل جدان انتظرنا اكتر من ساعه وقدامنا 3افراد

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفين تعاملهم زفت مع العميل لم تجيهم اول مره تعاملهم جيد ولم تاخذ قرض عقاري مايردون عليك.طبعنآ لم يضمنون التقييم من العميل. مايردون عليك
The staff dealt with them as a pitch with the client, you did not come to them for the first time, you treated them well, and you did not take a real estate loan. They did not respond to you. Of course, they did not guarantee the evaluation from the client. What do they want on you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لم اعهد من جميع فروع الأهلى بمنطقة القصيم بريدةةة سوى حسن الأستقبال وسرعة تلبية اي خدمةةةة اطلبها فأن عميله لهم منذؤ مايقرب 40 عاما سوى هذا الفرع ( فرع شارع الخبيب ) فالمعاملة سيئة والتهرب من الخدمةةةة اسوى في القسم النسائي والرجال وعدم مراعاة ة حتى الظروف الصحية للعميل
