The worst bank ever i have deal with. The employees doesn't know how to deal with people they don't smile, is seems someone force them to work. Also they don't have enough experience in the system as costumer I need to see smile. It is my right !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow and bad service. Waited in line for about 3 hours and then they told me that system is down. No enugh parking, unprofessional employees with bad attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and unprofessional employees. It took me more than 3 hours to finally apply for a personal loan and then the employee didn’t do anything with the application and it’s been 3 days now.
I will return to bank Alahli where at least they have humans working for them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People in this branch don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I had to update my information after renewal of iqama and they weren’t able to help. They suggested changing my phone number which I’m using for 2 years for work. They didn’t come up with a solution and only said “sorry we cannot help you”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think one of the best bank in Saudi Arabia. I am the customer of this bank since 8 years.customer service always better. Inside atmosphere is friendly. You can find the international standard of banking here. Almost all branches have wheelchair access. Stay blessed
