★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بعد الاتصال على خدمة العملاء تم اخباري بأن الشحنة في المستودع ابلغت موظفة خدمة العملاء باني اريد الاستلام من المستودع تم رفع الطلب بعد ساعة توجهت للمستودع حسب توجيهاتها عند الوصول للمستودع موظف الاستقبال اخبرني انها ذهبت للفرع ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحه سمسا غنيه عن التعريف ولكن مفروض يخلون الاستلام من المستودع على مدار 24 ساعه أو على الأقل لغاية الساعه١٢ ليلا وذلك لخدمة الحالات الطارئة فالبعض ارساليته تكون ادويه او شي لايحتمل التاخير
Frankly, SMSA is rich in definition, but it is assumed that they vacate receipt from the warehouse 24 hours or at least until 12:00 at night, in order to serve emergency cases, as some of its messages are medicines or something that does not allow delay.
