★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncooperative staff who are not only unprofessional but also inefficient, lazy and incompetent. Very bad experience. The guy called Humayyun Kabeer is especially rude, uncooperative and doesn't know even the ABC of customer care. Would recommend you never to choose SMSA for your shipments.

Crowded due to lazy workers
Good for call hot line customer service they solve delayed shipment problem
Careless drivers for home delivery sending messages of shipment delivery for 3 days and pretend that the customers ask to change the time for deliveries (liars).
