★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف شحنت شحنة وبقيت في الفرع ٦ أيام ما تتحرك وكلما أكلم خدمة العملاء يقولوا أرسلنا بريد في النهاية رحت استرجعت الشحنة بنفسي .. دون أي تقدير واهتمام خلال أسبوع كامل الشحنة عندهم ما تتحرك

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ على كلامهم المنتج يوصل في خلال مدة أقصاها يومين فقط والآن داخل في 5 ايام علماً بأن المنتج شريحة STC وزنه 0.2kg
ومع ذلك ما تدري الخلل من نفس الفرع او من الموزع
وكمان على ذلك سعر الشحن اغلى من سعر الشريحة 105 ريال هذي جريمة وبحق غيري،
جداً غالي و ان شاء الله انها اول مره وآخر مره اشحن عن طريق سمسا. خدماتهم بدأت تضعف ولعب بالأسعار.
والله حتى حرام فيكم نجمه ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly representative, helped in acquiring the package from the smsa courier service. Visited 3 times and the representative was very helpful indeed. Talked to the customer care representative and asked to deliver it to the branch so i can collect from here. The app must be upgraded to have some changes if required as new location to deliver if no longer available at the previously entered location. Also the courier service guy hasn't bothered to contact me for the package.
