مشيت بسيارتي حوالي ٣٥ دقيقة وعند الوصول تبين انهم يغلقون الساعة ١٢ مساء وهذا غير الذي كُتب انهم يعملون
Why didn't they update the work data?
I walked in my car for about 35 minutes and upon arrival it was found that they close at 12 pm and this is not what was written that they are working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رحتلهم يوم الاربعاء بتاريخ ٦/٢/٢٠٢٢
بغرض اني ارجع بضاعه ل متجر(شي ان) ومكتوب عندي انه الموظف في سمسا سوف يقوم بطباعه البوليصه ويتم وضعها مع البضاعه
وانا قبل كده ٣ مرات رحت لعندهم لنفس السبب ويردني اني اطبع البوليصه من بره لانه طابعتهم عطلانه
وفي اخر مره لمن رحتلهم قالولي لازم تطبع نسختين من البوليصه لانه طابعتهم خربانه!!!
ورجعت طبعت نسختين ولمن رجعت عندهم قالولي يصرفوني بطريقه غريبه ( السستتم عندهم عطلان روح فرع ثاني وقالو ممكن ما يزبط السستم الاا بعد ٣ ايام او ٤ استغربت من تعاملهم
الموظفين كانو واحد سعودي وواحد سوداني

In order for me to return merchandise to Shein store, it is written to me that the SMSA employee will print the policy and it will be placed with the merchandise.
And before that 3 times I went to them for the same reason and they want me to print the policy from outside because I printed them out of order
And the last time for those I left, they told me that you must print two copies of the policy because I printed them ruined!!!
I returned and printed two copies, and for those who returned to them, they told me that they used me in a strange way (the system in them has broken the soul of a second branch, and they said it is possible that the system does not break until after 3 or 4 days, I was surprised by their dealings
The employees were one Saudi and one Sudanese
