اشتريت برادة سمنان بقيمة ٢٥٠٠ تقريباً
وخربت وكل فتره يجي الفني ولا يعرف يصلح
ويأخذ فلوس ويعدل شغلات مالها علاقة بالمشكلة
ولا تحتاج تغيير وبعدين يقولك خلاص ما عرفت للمشكلة
 After sales services are very poor

And ruined and all the time the technician comes and does not know what works

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة الصيانة سيئة وذلك ان بعض القطع ما تكون مشموله في الضمان زي الحساسات والقسامات فما ادري هذا الضمان يشمل ايش بالضبط ؟؟؟؟
The maintenance service is bad, because some parts are not included in the warranty, such as sensors and splitters, so I don’t know what this warranty includes exactly????

الخدمات ما بعد البيع سيئة من ناحية الصيانة مواعيدهم في الاوقات العادية ٣ اسابيع الى شهر !!
اما بعد القطع الغيار لا تتوفر و تقعد اشهر نتظر ولا تجي و ينطرون انكم تشترون جهاز جديد !!
Prices are high!
The after-sales services are bad in terms of maintenance, their appointments are in normal times 3 weeks to a month!!
But after the spare parts are not available and you sit for months waiting and do not come and they say that you are buying a new device!!
