أسوأ شركة ممكن تتعامل معها .. سنتين أطلب منهم استكمال الاعمال في منزلي و تقديم عرض سعر و يتفاعلون معك في البداية و في النهاية لا يقدمون لك شيء.
الموظفين و الفنين يعملون على حسابهم الخاص و خارج إطار الشركة و التعاقدات.
لا توجد قطع غيار ولا اصلاح و إذا حدث أي خلل تضطر لاستبدال النظام كامل.
يتعمد الموظف احداث بعض المشاكل في النظام لتقوم بطلبه خارج إطار الشركة للإصلاح و الشركة لا تتفاعل مع أي شكوى
قمت بتصعيد الشكوى للمقر الرئيسي في دبي، يتصل شخص لبناني يقدم الوعود و التعهدات ثم يتهرب هو و من تحته من الرد.
شركة فاشلة لأقصى حد و لا أنصح بالتعامل معها.
نظامهم مغلق ولا تركب عليه الأجهزة الأخرى و أي خلل بسيط تضطر لتغيير النظام كامل لإصلاحة و تدفع تكاليف غير معقولة.
أنا دفعت ٢٤ ألف ريال لإستبدال النظام بسبب خلل في قطعة لا تتجاوز قيمتها ٤٠٠ ريال.

The worst company you can deal with.. Two years I ask them to complete the work in my house and submit a price offer and they interact with you at the beginning and in the end they do not offer you anything.
Employees and technicians work on their own account and outside the framework of the company and contracts.
There are no spare parts or repairs, and if any malfunction occurs, you will have to replace the entire system.
The employee deliberately causes some problems in the system to request it outside the framework of the company for repair and the company does not react to any complaint
I escalated the complaint to the headquarters in Dubai, a Lebanese person calls, makes promises and pledges, and then he and those under him evade a response.
A failed company to the fullest and I do not recommend dealing with it.
Their system is closed and other devices are not installed on it, and for any minor defect, you have to change the entire system to repair it and pay unreasonable costs.
I paid 24 thousand riyals to replace the system due to a defect in a piece whose value does not exceed 400 riyals.
