اولا / يمتاز بالمكان الحيوي مقابل لشارع الملك فهد
ثانيا/ تخطيط الفندق الداخلي غرفتين وصالة ودورتين مياه ومطبخ اجمل مافي التخطيط مساحة الغرف والصالة واسعه جدا وتناسب العوائل ولم أجد فندق بمحافظة الخرج بهذا التصميم والتخطيط المدهش والرائع ماشاء الله
ثالثا/ النت والكهرباء مجانا وغير ذلك من الخدمات التي تنال اعجابكم منها تواصل مع المغسلة وصاحب البقالة لتوصيل الى مقر سكنك وعامل الفندق غلام يساعدك متى
