★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انتبهوا عند تجربتكم للمرتبة بالمعرض تختلف عن المرتبة اذا شريتها. تجربتي عن المرتبة اللي شريتها جدا سيئة وفرق ليونة المرتبة واضح بشكل فاضح. تواصلت معهم وكل مرة يطلعون لي بعذر جديد. خدمة العملاء يحولك لمهندس والمهندس يقول لك بانتظر رد من المسؤول وهلم جرة.. نصيحة اذا قررت تشتري مرتبة منهم على الاقل لا تخلي عمال التوريد يفتحون الكيس (بمجرد فتح الكيس يلغي عليك عملية الترجيع او التبديل).
تحديث ١: ردا على تعليقكم احب اوضح لكم بعض النقاط:
اولا: اثناء اول تواصل لي معكم بعد تجربة المرتبة بعد التركيب اول سؤال تم سؤالي من قبلكم (هل تم فك الكيس) ولم اكن اعلم بسياستكم فكانت الاجابة بنعم ولم يتم سؤالي عن اسباب عدم راحتي لمنتجكم.
ثانيا ان كنتم تزعمون جودة منتجكم فلما لا تقومون بتجربة المنتج المتوفر بالمعرض ومقارنته بما هو مورد لدي؟
ثالثا: لم يتم زيارة احد من قبلكم وكل ما وصلني منكم المماطلة فقط لا اكثر.
رابعا: ذكركم لنقطة الاختلاف بين المنتج الجديد وما هو متوفر بالمعرض، لماذا لا تذكرون ذلك بالفاتورة؟ خصوصا وانا المرتبة لدي اقسى بمراحل عن ماهو معروض بالمعرض؟
Pay attention when you experience the mattress in the exhibition is different from the mattress if you bought it. My experience about the mattress I bought is very bad, and the difference in the softness of the mattress is clearly visible. I contacted them and every time they came up with a new excuse. Customer service refers you to an engineer, and the engineer tells you to wait for a response from the official and so on.. Advice if you decide to buy a mattress from them at least, do not let the supply workers open the bag (once you open the bag, you will not have to return or exchange).
Update 1: In response to your comment, I would like to clarify some points for you:
First: During my first contact with you after trying the mattress after installation, the first question I was asked by you (Has the bag been removed) and I was not aware of your policy, so the answer was yes, and I was not asked about the reasons for my discomfort with your product.
Secondly, if you claim the quality of your product, why not try the product available in the exhibition and compare it with what I have?
Third: No one has been visited by you, and all I have received from you is procrastination, nothing more.
Fourth: Your mention of the point of difference between the new product and what is available in the exhibition, why don't you mention that in the invoice? Especially when I am ranked more difficult than what is displayed in the exhibition?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الله على ما اقول شهيد، نصابين ، شريت مرتبة يتجاوز سعرها ٢٠٠٠ ريال والضمان ١٠ او ١٥ سنة ، وقدمت شكوى لهم في اقل من سنة من تاريخ الشراء ، سببت لنا مشاكل بالظهر انا واهلي ، وجاء فني من الشركة يفحصها وردوا علي بعد اسبوعين انها سليمة . طبعاً بتكون عندك سليمة لانك قبضت فلوسك يا نصاب لكن حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
