★ ★ ★ ★ ★ العاملات ممتازات اغلبهم بس الشركة وخدمة العملاء تعاملهم غير لائق خاصة مع الشكاوي مايردون عليك الا بعد اسبوع ولا يعوضونك اذا راحت عليك الزيارة
The workers are excellent, most of them are excellent, but the company and customer service treat them inappropriately, especially with complaints. They do not respond to you until after a week and do not compensate you if the visit comes to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ العاملات شغلهم ممتاز لكن للاسف الشديد تعامل خدمة العملاء اسوء من السيئ لا عن طريق المحادثة في التطبيق ولا عن طريق الاتصال ولا حتى عن طريق البريد الالكتروني.
سيئين جداً جداً جداً، رغم اني تعاملت معهم اكثر من مرة. نصيحتي للجميع التعامل مع سماسكو
The workers have an excellent job, but unfortunately, customer service treats worse than bad, not through chatting in the app, not by calling, or even by e-mail.
Very very very bad, although I have dealt with them more than once. My advice to everyone dealing with SMASCO
