★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ابدا ما انصح احد يروح هناك والله غير يكره حياته ويخسر فلوسه ع الفاضي لو ماعجبك المكان مايرجعو لك فلوسك وسيئاته انه في حي
بدائي جدا كانك بقرية و والشقق الموجودة فيه ريحتها ريحة المخبز يعني طول الوقت البيت ريحته عيش وكيك بتنام ماتقدر تنام وغير اصوات السيارات الرايحه والجاية والمصيبة لو سكنت بالغرفه الي فوق البقاله هنا انت في عذاب كأنك ساكنه بالشارع متكيه كدا وسط الشارع ومافي عامل يساعد بشيل الاغراض واذا ساعد يبغا فلووووس
تجربة جداااا سيئه ما انصح احد يسكن هناك الا الي يتحملوماهمه شي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السكن جدا ممتاز، للامانه نظيف وراحة اي شي تبغاه تطلبوه ويوفرولك هوا، السكن الي كل مافكرت اغيرو عشان ميزتو السيئه الوحيده الي هيا الحي دا او انو بعيد عن كل شي ، ارجعلو لانو مريح جدا نفسيا. انصح اي احد ما ياخد بتجارب الاخرين ويجرب بنفسو لانو لمن شفت التعليقات السلبيه انصدمت لاني ابدا ماعشت التجربه دي وبالعكس ريحة المخبز مره حلوه وشي مره كويس انو سوبرماركت متكامل تحتنا بالزبط، صح مافي عوازل للشقه بس مو لدرجة تسمع اصوات السيارات فالشارع، وللامانه العامل دايما يساعدنا ويسلم علينا جدا ناس خلوقين ، حرام نرمي كلمة عليهم عشان بس ظننا غلط فيهم . للامانه احسن تجربة سكنية عشتها ولو اقدر اخد الشقه تمليك حاخدها من حلاوتها ونظافتها والراحة النفسيه الي انا عايشه فيها.
بالنسبة لاسعارو كويسه مقارنة بالباقين
