- الكراسي متعبة للانتظار الطويل.
- بعض الموظفين هداهم الله تعاملهم فظ وسيء جدًا حتى لو قابلته بأسلوب طيب.. يحسسك أنه متفضل عليك!
- الرحلات قليلة ومواعيدها لا تفي بالاحتياج.
للأسف شركة سار لحد الآن ما قدمت شيء لتطوير هذا الخط الحديدي المهم أو لتجديد القطارات المتهالكة.

- Some employees, may God guide them, treat them very rudely and badly, even if you meet him in a good manner.. they make you feel that he is kind to you!
The trips are few and their schedules do not meet the needs.
