★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المعاملة سيئة جدا من الموظف وصلت الموقع الساعة ٥ عصرا وانتظرت ربع ساعة لمن انتهى من زبون وتفاجئت انه يعتذر لي لانتهاء وقت الدوام الساعة ٥،١٥ ، وقلت له طفل صغير معي بس ثوب واحد وقال لي انتهى وقتي انا بيتي بعيد ولااستطيع اخدمك!!!
حينها قلت له لو من اول مادخلت اعتذرت مني ولابقيت انتظرك ان لم تستطيع خدمتي وافادني بانه لم ينتبه للوقت.
اتمنى الاهتمام بالعملاء والمحافظة عليهم واعطاء الموظفين دورات في فن التعامل وليس تنفيرهم بسوء معاملة موظف مما يسئ للموسسة بشكل عام

 The treatment is very bad from the employee. I arrived at the site at 5 pm and waited for a quarter of an hour for a customer who finished. I was surprised that he apologized to me for the end of the working time at 5:15, and I told him a small child with me only had one dress and he told me that my time is over, my home is far away and I cannot serve you!!!
At that time, I told him that if you had first entered, you would have apologized to me and would have kept waiting for you if you could not serve me, and he told me that he had not noticed the time.
I hope to take care of customers and preserve them and give employees courses in the art of dealing and not alienate them with mistreatment of an employee, which harms the institution in general

تختار قماش معين يتم تسليمك قماش اخر
مع الوعد بالاستبدال لكن بدون صدق ومماطله
الازار شكلين بالثوب الواحد ذهبي وفضي على حسب الموجود يتم التركيب بدون الالتزام بالموديل
مع الاسف بعد استمرار لمدة 5 سنوات معهم
سيتم شد الرحال الى براند اخر
