★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فاشلين بمواعيد تسليم العدسات ..الدكتور قال خمس ايام والاستقبال قال اذا تاخرت اسبوعين والحين لي فوق الشهر مااستلمتهم والواتس يقرون الرساله مايفتحون ..حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ..
 Failed with the dates of delivery of the lenses..the doctor said five days and the reception said if you are two weeks late and then I have more than a month, I have not received them and the WhatsApp message will not open..God suffices me and He is the best agent..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مركز يشكرون عليه خصوصا البنت اللي بالاستقبال خدومه الله يسعدها وكمان فواز البراك ماقصر شرح لي بالتفصيل المشاكل اللي عندي وبالنسبه لسعر النظاره جداً مناسب مقارنه بالمحلات الثانيه يعني لو ماتناسبك عدسات طبيه وتناسبك النظاره اكثر راح يفيدك ويشرح لك الاسباب ممم طلعت راضيه والنظاره بساعه ونص خلصت

طلبت عدسات طبية اوتوماتيك امريكي وأكثر من مره لم أستلمها لمشكلة في العدسات والإطار، موظفات الإستقبال بحاجة إلى إعادة تأهيل وتدريب للتعامل مع العملاء....
*لايوجد إسترجاع ولا مرجع للإدارة*

اطار نظارة طفل ب200 وبعد الخصم 140 وهو اساسا يباع بالمحلات الثانية ب100 ويعتبر مرتفع استغلال والله اني اشتريت نفسه من محلات الرياض بدون خصم ب30 ريال يعني فرق 200٪ مهو معقول
